ICT- On the morning of November 15, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee and leaders of the Binh Dinh Department of Education and Training paid a visit and offered their congratulations to Quy Nhon University (QNU) on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2022).

On this occasion, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan sent his wishes for good health to QNU’s leadership and its entire staff, acknowledging the efforts and offered praise for the sense of responsibility of the Board of Directors, lectuers, officials and employees of the University in training, scientific research and community service.

Mr. Pham Anh Tuan expressed the wish that QNU would continue to cooperate with local authorities in proactively proposing, connecting partners, and attracting resources to serve the development of  the province, as well as in training, improving the quality of human resources, solving problems of socio-economic development, especially in the field of digital transformation. He also pledged to prioritize and create conditions for QNU to carry out its training, scientific research and community service, especially internships and practical training for QNU students at Binh Dinh-based agencies and departments,  helping them improve their professional knowledge, perfect soft skills, meeting the requirements of employers.

At the meeting, Outstanding Teacher, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Do Ngoc My - Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of QNU thanked the provincial leaders for their care and companionship in the development of the University, saying that teacher training and scientific research were the two advantages of QNU, contributing enormously to the local development. In the coming time, he expressed the hope that the local authorities continued to create favourable conditions for QNU's lecturers to contribute to Binh Dinh-based agencies and departments in the field of scientific research. He also pledged that he, together with QNU’s leadership, officials and employees, would do his best for the cause of education, closely cooperate with the local authorities in fulfiling the tasks set in the academic year in order to achieve the goals of the Resolution of the 20th Binh Dinh Provincial Party Congress on human resources development.
