On April 10, a delegation from Quy Nhon
University, led by Dr. Dinh Anh Tuan, Vice Rector, held a meeting with the
leadership and heads of various units at Lac Hong University (LHU) to exchange
experiences on ensuring training quality.

Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh, Vice Rector of Lac Hong University, delivered remarks
In his opening remarks, Associate Professor
Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh, Vice Rector of Lac Hong University, warmly welcomed the
Quy Nhon University delegation, emphasizing: "With 26 years of
establishment and development, Lac Hong University takes pride in being one of
the institutions that strongly promotes digital transformation and the
application of information technology in management, training, and quality
assurance. We are always ready to collaborate and share practical experiences
regarding modern educational quality assurance models that our university has
effectively implemented."

In response, Dr. Dinh Anh Tuan expressed
gratitude for the warm reception from Lac Hong University and affirmed:
"Quy Nhon University is actively implementing quality assurance activities,
particularly the application of information technology to effectively assess
learning outcomes. The valuable experiences shared by Lac Hong University will
serve as an important foundation for future collaboration and exchange of
expertise between our two institutions."

Dr. Huynh Cao Tuan, Director of the Information and Documentation Center, introduced LHU’s technological solutions
During the meeting, Dr. Huynh Cao Tuan,
Director of the Information and Documentation Center at Lac Hong University
(LHU), provided a detailed introduction to the technological solutions
currently in use at the university. These include a three-layer data management
platform, a Single Sign-On authentication system, the MI mobile app, a
self-developed Learning Management System (LMS), and AI-integrated solutions
for data exploitation. Dr. Tuan also shared valuable lessons learned from the
university’s autonomous software development and effective management of
large-scale data systems.
In the area of educational quality
assurance, Dr. Le Phuong Truong, Head of the Testing and Quality Assurance
Department at LHU, presented the process of developing and evaluating learning
outcomes for training programs, utilizing performance-based metrics. He noted:
"The application of AI technology in assessing and measuring training
quality has enabled us to conduct quality assurance in a more scientific,
objective, and efficient manner."

Representing Quy Nhon University, Dr.
Nguyen Le Tuan, Dr. Le Xuan Vinh, and Dr. Le Xuan Viet expressed particular
interest in LHU’s experience in establishing objectives and measuring learning
outcomes, as well as designing assessments that align with predefined
standards. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Dat emphasized the need to develop advanced
technology-based training management solutions, such as QR code-based
attendance systems, AI integration in library management, and the development
of a proprietary Learning Management System (LMS).

Following the discussions, both parties
agreed to strengthen cooperation in specific areas in the near future,
particularly in organizing training workshops on the application of AI in
quality assurance and learning outcome assessment, as well as collaborating on
technology transfer, including the Fast-Project platform and T-API, which Lac
Hong University has been implementing effectively.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the
leaders of both universities took commemorative photos, and the Quy Nhon
University delegation toured notable facilities at Lac Hong University,
including the Studio Room and the open creative space dedicated to Information
Technology students. The session not only paved the way for practical
collaboration between the two institutions but also contributed to enhancing the
effectiveness of quality assurance activities, particularly in assessing
learning outcomes through digital technologies.
