DLR - After two days of training on Copilot AI and Microsoft Office 365, the closing ceremony was held on the afternoon of April 25 at Quy Nhon University. The event was attended by university leadership representatives, experts from InterEdu – Microsoft’s global training partner in Vietnam, as well as faculty members and specialists who directly participated in this training session.

At the closing ceremony, Dr. Ha Thanh Hai – Vice Rector of the University – evaluated the training session as an engaging program that attracted the interest of a large number of university staff. Particularly, the training content was closely related to the practical needs in teaching, administrative work, and the ongoing evolution in the 4.0 era, moving towards 5.0 with the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, IoT, Robotics, and more. Dr. Ha Thanh Hai stated that the university has been tasked by the Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee to establish a Digital Transformation Center. Therefore, the university needs to actively engage in innovation and the application of AI technology to assert its responsibilities, position, and the trust placed in it by the local government. The Vice Rector expressed hope that in the near future, there will be further collaborations between QNU and InterEdu to help strengthen the region, promote widespread development, and turn it into a hub for science and innovation in Vietnam.
Dr. Ha Thanh Hai also extended words of encouragement to the university staff for their efforts during this training session. The Vice Rector expressed hope that the post-training implementation would be highly effective, enabling staff to fully apply the activities and knowledge gained from the training in teaching and administrative work with creativity and thoroughness.

Ms. Nguyen Hong Minh – Director of Global Training Network and Partnerships at Microsoft – InterEdu, expressed her delight that the training session had received strong participation from faculty members and specialists at the university. This, she noted, demonstrates the interest of the university staff in the highly relevant and urgent topic in today’s society. Ms. Nguyen Hong Minh hopes that the outcomes of the training will align with the university's innovation and digital transformation efforts and extend to the local community. With the foundation and professional development roadmap for faculty and staff in digital transformation, she is optimistic that InterEdu will continue to bring value to QNU to enhance teaching and administrative work in the future.

At the end of the exchange session between the leadership representatives of both sides, InterEdu presented certificates to the faculty members and specialists who participated in the training.
This training program is part of the university's information technology and digital transformation activities for 2025 and is also a component of Project 6 (IUC-QNU Program), which focuses on enhancing the digital capacity of Quy Nhon University.
