Professor Vera Meynen from the University of Antwerp conducted training on laboratory safety management
From April 10 to April 11, to enhance the management and safe, efficient operation of laboratories, Quy Nhon University organized a laboratory safety management training session led by Professor Vera Meynen from the University of Antwerp (Belgium). The program is part of the work plan for Project 7 in the third year of Phase 1.
The training program consisted of two sessions: a theoretical session and a practical session. In the theoretical session, experts shared knowledge on chemical safety, including the identification, analysis, and handling of chemical incidents. To maximize effectiveness, the knowledge from the theoretical session was reinforced through simulated scenarios, allowing students to analyze and address practical situations.
