ICT - On the morning of March 29, Quy Nhon University (QNU) had a meeting with Thai billionaire Peter Palanugool - Chairman of Bangkok Assay Office Group (Thailand), to discuss cooperation opportunities and strengthen relationships between QNU and the Group.
Prof.Dr. Peter Palanugool was one of 5 USD billionaires attending the "Binh Dinh Province Investment Promotion Conference 2024" with a commitment to support Binh Dinh province's development in many fields. Established in 1985, Bangkok Assay Office Group (Thailand) led by Prof.Dr. Peter Palanugool, is a leading conglomerate in Thailand, especially in the fields of real estate, tourism, golf, jewelry, cosmetics.

At the meeting, the Chairman of Bangkok Assay Office recognized that QNU’s strengths in academic and scientific research were also suitable advantages to be able to cooperate with the Group in developing new technologies in future projects. Prof.Dr. Peter Palanugool and Bangkok Assay Office Group had a frank talk with QNU’s leaders and expressed a wish to cooperate with QNU in the fields of scientific research and training in biology, food technology and artificial intelligence.

At the end of the meeting, QNU’s leaders and Prof.Dr. Peter Palanugool agreed that there would be a follow-up meeting and discussion to determine the direction of development and cooperation between the two sides in the near future.
