Election-related information was disseminated through the university's official website, notice boards, digital screens, and activities organized by various university departments and student organizations.

The university's Youth Union and Student Association also mobilized volunteer student members to provide support at the polling station, guiding first-time voters through each step of the voting process and helping ensure the election proceeded smoothly, orderly, and in full compliance with legal requirements.
At Polling Station No. 34, organizational arrangements were thorough and strictly in accordance with the law. The polling area was set up with all required components, including a voter card verification table, private voting booths, primary and supplementary ballot boxes, and stamp-confirmation desks. Security, order, and voter guidance were maintained diligently, enabling voters to cast their ballots efficiently and correctly.

Official candidate lists, biographical summaries, and action programs for National Assembly and People's Council candidates were prominently displayed at the polling station for full transparency and voter reference.
Following the reading of the Electoral Rules and Polling Room Regulations and the official inspection of the ballot boxes, voting commenced at exactly 7:00 a.m. at Polling Station No. 34.
In his opening address, Dr. Ha Thanh Hai — Standing Committee Member and Vice Rector of Quy Nhon University — underscored the special significance of this year's election, which takes place in the wake of the successful conclusion of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. He noted that the Congress charted new directions for the country's development, rekindling a powerful national aspiration to build a Vietnam that was fast-growing, sustainable, deeply integrated into the global community, and poised to rise confidently in a new era.

Dr. Ha Thanh Hai emphasized that, alongside the implementation of the resolutions from the 14th Party Congress, this election holds particular importance in continuing to build, consolidate, and refine the Vietnamese socialist rule-of-law state — a state of the people, by the people, and for the people. He described the election as a broad and democratic political exercise through which citizens select truly outstanding representatives — those with both virtue and capability — to serve their will, aspirations, and right to self-governance in the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels during the new term.

Calling on all voters to exercise their democratic rights with full awareness and enthusiasm, the Vice Rector urged them to make wise choices in selecting worthy candidates for the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils for the 2026–2031 term. He also called on members of the Electoral Committee and all related organizations and individuals to uphold their responsibilities to the people and to higher state authorities, carrying out their assigned duties with diligence and integrity to ensure every voter can fully exercise their rights and fulfill their civic obligations as prescribed by law.
Voters — including university staff, employees, and students of Quy Nhon University — fulfilled their civic rights and responsibilities by carefully selecting outstanding candidates worthy of representing the people's will and aspirations in the state's legislative bodies.
