1. Training objectives
The program trains bachelors of Education Administration with scientific qualifications in Education Administration, with solid professional skills and qualities, ethics and wholesome lifestyles and with capable of participating in educational administration. Besides, another objective is to train educational administrators to meet the innovation requirements and improve the quality of education administration in the present reality.

- The program is implemented in accordance with the curriculum framework of the Ministry of Education and Training and regularly updated.
3. Program Contents
The program lasts 4 years with a total of 132 credits (excluding Physical Education and National Defense Education). It consists of:
- General knowledge: Philosophy of marxism and Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought, Law, English, Information Technology, General psychology, General education, etc.
- Professional knowledge
+ Basic courses: General management science, Teaching theories, Educational theories, Scientific research methodology, etc.
+ Specialized subjects: education administration science, Administrating teaching and educating at schools, Development of human resources in education, Financial management in education, Educational facilities management;
- Skills accumulated:
+ Skills in planning, analyzing, synthesizing, evaluating data and information related to education administration;
+ Skills in organizing, supervising and regulating educational activities;
+ Skills in examining and evaluating educational activities
