DLR - Not only a famous tourist destination, Sun World Ba Na Hills has become a professional experience venue for students at Quy Nhon University (QNU) through a comprehensive cooperation agreement signed on November 13, 2025. This agreement opens up numerous opportunities for internships, recruitment, skills training, and scholarship support for students, while enabling QNU to access practical business needs. With a strategic focus on close collaboration between the university and enterprises, QNU and Sun World Ba Na Hills are working toward the goal of developing high-quality human resources to meet integration requirements and sustainable development.

Dr. Dinh Anh Tuan, Vice Rector of QNU, and Mr. Nguyen Duy Anh, Food and Beverage Director of Sun World Ba Na Hills, signed the cooperation agreement.
Previously, QNU established a cooperative relationship with Sun World Ba Na Hills in 2020 to promote training activities, research, and practical experiences for students.
This cooperation agreement was signed to create a framework for comprehensive coordination between the two parties. Accordingly, Sun World Ba Na Hills will prioritize accepting QNU students for annual internships based on actual needs and specific selection criteria. Students with outstanding academic results or excellent performance during their internship will be given priority consideration for employment at the enterprise and affiliated units under Sun Group. Simultaneously, QNU will support communication of the enterprise's recruitment information through the university's official channels, as well as invite Sun World to participate in the annual Job Fair.

In addition to internship and recruitment activities, both parties also focus on training and human resource development. QNU and Sun World will coordinate to organize soft skills training courses for students, aligned with practical work at the enterprise. Furthermore, the university will also implement short-term training programs for Sun World personnel in specialized fields where QNU has strengths. Notably, QNU faculty members will be sent to the enterprise for internships and professional development to stay updated on practical trends and adjust teaching programs to meet societal needs.
Another important component of the agreement is brand communication coordination. Both parties will jointly promote their image through events such as job fairs, career orientation sessions, introduction of new training programs, as well as product and service promotional activities. Additionally, Sun World Ba Na Hills will also consider sponsoring scholarships and QNU's annual student support programs, contributing to encouraging students' learning spirit and creativity.

At the signing ceremony, Dr. Dinh Anh Tuan, Vice Rector of the university, emphasized the important role of enterprises in partnering with QNU. The Vice Rector noted that enterprise participation is demonstrated not only through accepting student interns and providing opportunities for practical experience, but also through offering feedback and constructive criticism to help the university refine its training programs, as well as providing scholarships to encourage students' learning spirit. With 52 undergraduate programs spanning diverse fields, including programs aligned with enterprise needs such as travel and tourism services, hotel management, economics, accounting, auditing, English language, Chinese language, Oriental Studies, Vietnamese Studies, and others, Dr. Dinh Anh Tuan expressed hope that in the coming period, the two organizations will continue their effective cooperation, bringing practical benefits to both students and the enterprise.
Representing Sun World Ba Na Hills, Mr. Nguyen Duy Anh, Food and Beverage Director, also acknowledged the cooperation achievements over the past period. Over the past five years, QNU has partnered with and supported the enterprise in providing quality human resources. Students who graduated from 2020 to the present continue to work and hold various official positions at Sun World. Mr. Nguyen Duy Anh highly praised the capabilities and learning attitudes of QNU students in previous cooperation programs, while expressing his desire to expand the scale of internship acceptance, moving toward programs for professional exchange, vocational skills training, and soft skills development aligned with actual recruitment requirements.
The cooperation agreement between QNU and Sun World Ba Na Hills not only brings practical benefits to students and the university, but also helps the enterprise build a high-quality workforce to meet sustainable development requirements. This is a strategic step for QNU to fulfill its mission of training human resources to serve the South Central Coast and Central Highlands region, while affirming the university's position in training cooperation, research, and international integration.
