ICT - From July 31st to August 2nd, 2024, a delegation from Quy Nhon University embarked on a working visit to Da Lat University. This event was part of the IUC Program (Project 6), aiming to strategically enhance Quy Nhon University's capabilities in E-learning, digital libraries, and digital services for students.

The QNU delegation engaged in discussions and collaborative work with Da Lat University
In a spirit of mutual collaboration for shared development, both institutions agreed to cooperate on the following: Sharing access to internal databases between the libraries of both universities; Exchanging and coordinating on supplementing electronic resources through an association library model; Collaborating on providing library interconnectivity services and sharing information resources; Jointly implementing activities for exchanging experiences, providing professional advice, and facilitating the participation of library staff from both universities in short-term training programs organized by each institution.

During working sessions and professional exchanges, representatives from both universities engaged in in-depth discussions on key topics such as: organizing and managing digital libraries, sharing scientific data, and E-learning training activities. Da Lat University shared practical insights into their organization and operation of software systems to enhance teaching effectiveness and management. The QNU delegation also toured Da Lat University's modern facilities, discussing implementation and management approaches for their systems.
This working program yielded valuable practical insights for Quy Nhon University regarding information technology systems, digital libraries, E-learning, and digital services, while simultaneously opening avenues for future collaboration and development. Sharing and learning from the practical experiences of Da Lat University provides a foundation for Quy Nhon University to effectively implement and execute projects aimed at enhancing the institution's capabilities, particularly in the areas of E-learning and digital libraries.

Doan Thi Xuong - Librarian, and Ms Dinh Thi Hang, Bachelor's Degree holder - IT Specialist of the Information Technology and Communication Center.
