SCIENTIFIC SEMINAR ON INTERNSHIP ORIENTATION FOR FBA STUDENTS
Continuously innovating and updating student internship programs is an important focus of the Department of Finance–Banking & Business Administration in its teaching activities, with the aim of improving training quality. Toward this goal, the Department organized a scientific seminar focusing on student internship activities. The seminar topics and presenters included:

At the seminar, lecturers shared various perspectives on current internship trends, employer expectations, and the skills students need to prepare before starting their internships. Discussions also focused on report-writing methods and potential internship report topics that students may refer to.
The discussion atmosphere was lively and engaging, with many practical suggestions that helped students gain a clearer understanding of the internship roadmap and how to prepare reports that are practical, concise, and effective.


The seminar concluded in an open and constructive spirit. Both presenters and participants agreed that clear internship orientation not only helps students become more proactive in their studies but also supports the University in enhancing training quality. Many proposals will continue to be reviewed and applied in the near future to create the most favorable conditions for students as they enter their internship phase and develop their careers.
