(DLR) – From August 26 to 29, 2025, Quy Nhon University will hold the enrollment sessions for first-year students of Cohort 48 across 52 undergraduate programs at Halls A and B. During these days, the QNU campus becomes vibrant and full of joy, as thousands of freshmen officially join the big QNU family – our cherished “youngest members,” full of energy and excitement.

Starting from 8:00 a.m. on August 25, 2025, successful candidates can confirm their admission online through the Ministry of Education and Training’s system. At the same time, the University has sent Admission Notices and Enrollment Guidelines to each candidate via email. Students may also look up their admission results and access the online enrollment portal to complete personal information, upload their resumes, and submit the required documents.

To provide the best support for freshmen, Quy Nhon University has carefully prepared its facilities, placed clear enrollment process guidelines at multiple locations, and continuously updated information through its official communication channels. A team of dedicated staff members, together with enthusiastic student volunteers in blue shirts, have been accompanying and guiding each procedure step by step, helping new students ease their initial worries and quickly feel at home at QNU.

In this year’s admission cycle, the History Teacher Education major and the Primary Education major recorded the highest entrance scores at QNU, with 27.21 and 26.9 points respectively. According to the academic schedule, once enrollment is completed, K48 freshmen will officially begin their first semester of the 2025 - 2026 academic year on September 3, 2025.

This year’s enrollment process was thoroughly prepared, with a key innovation in tuition and fee payment through QR codes.

In the 2025 - 2026 academic year, QNU has introduced major improvements to the enrollment process, particularly in tuition and fee payment procedures. In previous years, students needed to follow multiple steps and manually enter transfer details, but starting from 2025, everything has become much simpler with QR code payment: Fast – Accurate – Convenient! This breakthrough not only saves time but also ensures that freshmen enjoy a smooth and user-friendly enrollment experience right from their very first days at QNU.

On the very first day of enrollment (August 26), new student Trieu Anh Huy from the Computer Science Teacher Education program shared his excitement with the University’s Media Team: "Becoming a student at QNU, especially in the Computer Science Teacher Education major, has been my long-standing dream. Although this is my very first visit, I am truly impressed by the spacious, clean campus and the wholehearted support from the volunteer team. I’m really looking forward to spending the next four years growing together with QNU."

Trieu Anh Huy, a freshman in the Computer Science Teacher Education program, together with his father, Mr. Trieu Van Nghia, shared their feelings on the first day at QNU.

In addition, Mr. Trieu Van Nghia, father of freshman Trieu Anh Huy, also shared his impressions: "As early as 6:45 a.m., right at the main gate of the University, my son and I were warmly and professionally assisted by the student volunteer team with the enrollment procedures. After completing the paperwork, we took the opportunity to walk around the campus and were truly impressed by the study environment and the beautiful sea view. What stood out most was how well-organized, professional, and friendly the enrollment process was: each step was clearly communicated, allowing both parents and students to take the initiative in every stage. Thanks to the thorough preparation of the online system beforehand, everything went smoothly and efficiently, leaving us with a sense of comfort and ease."
