At the Department of Finance, Banking, and Business Administration, one of the things we care about is equipping each FBA member with the necessary skills. Therefore, the specialization of training content for each industry and each course is a regular activity.

As part of that series of activities, the department recently invited MSc. Mai Thanh Hai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Central Petroleum Fertilizer and Chemical Joint Stock Company, to attend a talk with students of the K44 Business Administration major.

The program was very exciting, revolving around the topic of human resource management, resume writing skills, and job interviews. The profound and practical experiences of MSc. Mai Thanh Hai—who has many years of leadership in a large enterprise—have helped students gain more useful information for the process of finding a job after graduation.
