Speaking at the signing ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Duc Tung – Rector, and Dr. Dinh Anh Tuan – Vice Rector of Quy Nhon University, expressed their sincere appreciation to BIDV for its continued support in the university’s training, research, and student support activities over the years. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Duc Tung emphasized that the close partnership between BIDV Binh Dinh Branch and the university has been nurtured and strengthened through successive generations of leadership. On behalf of BIDV, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Quynh – Director of the Binh Dinh Branch – shared insights into the bank’s role in advancing digital transformation in the province. With 49 years of establishment and development in Binh Dinh, BIDV has consistently demonstrated its commitment to supporting the province’s socio-economic growth.
Ms. Quynh also noted that BIDV Binh Dinh Branch is one of the selected units participating in the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, which focuses on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation—particularly in the fields of education and public services.
With the province’s strong potential and dynamic development, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Quynh expressed confidence that the partnership between BIDV Binh Dinh Branch and Quy Nhon University will continue to expand and deepen. Beyond financial and banking activities, both sides aim to jointly develop training and research programs, support students, and implement digital transformation solutions in education. This collaboration is expected to contribute significantly to improving human resource quality and fostering the province’s comprehensive development in the new era.
As part of the comprehensive partnership, QNU and BIDV Binh Dinh Branch will jointly implement a wide range of practical activities in areas such as training and human resource development; research projects and academic conferences; banking services; social welfare; and brand communication.

In particular, with regard to training and human resource development, both sides will collaborate in designing and delivering short-term training courses tailored to the needs of BIDV Binh Dinh Branch, focusing on QNU’s areas of strength such as Finance and Banking, Accounting and Auditing, and Business Administration. BIDV Binh Dinh Branch will nominate or assign its staff to participate in teaching, mentoring student internships and practicums, and will accept QNU students for internships—giving hiring priority to outstanding students.
In addition, the two parties will jointly implement the "Students as Support Staff" program at BIDV, coordinate recruitment communication through QNU’s channels, and identify high-achieving students for scholarships and specialized training programs. Regular seminars and thematic workshops will also be organized, covering topics such as bank management, risk management, project financing, and foreign exchange business.

This signing ceremony not only marks a new milestone in the partnership between Quy Nhon University and BIDV Binh Dinh Branch but also paves the way for deeper and more extensive collaboration between academia and industry. It serves as a vital foundation for enhancing the quality of education by bridging theory and practice, while also creating favorable conditions for students to access professional working environments and meet the growing demands of the labor market.
The signing ceremony was attended by Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Quynh – Director of BIDV Binh Dinh Branch – along with members of the Branch’s Board of Directors and Heads of Departments.
On the side of Quy Nhon University, the event welcomed Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Duc Tung – Rector, the Vice Rectors, and leaders of various units including the Office of Administration and General Affairs, the Office of Planning and Finance, the Office of Student Affairs and Business Relations, the Center for Services and Support, and QNU’s Chief Accountant.
