In order to improve the quality of teaching and assessment of students' learning outcomes, the Department of Finance - Banking & Business Administration organized a seminar with the topic "Applying Rubrics in Assessing Course Output Standards."
The seminar was reported by Dr. Dang Thi Thanh Loan, attracting the attention and participation of many lecturers in the faculty. In the report, Dr. Dang Thi Thanh Loan presented in detail the method of building and applying a rubric in course assessment, emphasizing the role of this tool in ensuring transparency, objectivity, and accuracy in the process of assessing students' learning outcomes.
In addition, the attending lecturers also had the opportunity to discuss, share experiences, and contribute ideas to optimize the application of Rubric in teaching and assessing courses, helping to improve training efficiency and better prepare students for the increasingly high demands of the labor market.


The seminar was a great success, contributing significantly to improving teaching methods and enhancing training quality at the department.
