ICT – For 3 days (from 7 to 9 December), Quy Nhon University (QNU)’s Staff Recruitment Committee held the 2021 2nd round recruitment interviews.

In the second round, 24 qualified candidates were given the recruitment interview, in which the candidates were tested on their knowledge and understanding of the candidate's career titles, the policies of the Vietnamese Communist Party, and the State's laws on education and training, professional knowledge and expertise. QNU’s staff recruitment committee fully implemented the recruitment processes in accordance with regulations with all the departments performing well their assigned tasks, which ensured objectivity, fairness, transparency and exactness.
In order to ensure the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic, QNU requires that all members of the 2021 Recruitment Panel and staff candidates strictly comply with the 5K regulations of the Ministry of Health and had a SARS-CoV-2 rapid antigen test done.
Through more than 40 years of construction and development, QNU has grown continuously in terms of scale and quality in training, quantity and quality of lecturers and staff. Currently, QNU has a staff of over 700, of whom are 498 lecturers with 34 professors and associate professors, 184 PhD holders and 90 lecturers doing doctoral programs both in Vietnam and abroad. This is an abundant resource and a solid foundation to meet the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive reform of higher education in the direction of standardization, modernization and international integration.
