Comrade Đinh Chi Cong - Trainer in Youth Work Skills at the Central level shares with youth union members and students
Besides knowledge, skills are an important factor contributing to the success of individuals. Among these, time management helps us work smartly, and accomplish many tasks efficiently within a short period, thereby seizing more opportunities in life. Time management is crucial in maximizing strengths and personal development for everyone. Additionally, shaping and building personal style are very important. It's not just about dressing nicely and tidily, but above all, it's about being a 'mirror' reflecting your personality and perception of everything around you. Someone with a unique style and personality always leaves a positive impression and resonance with many people.
Youth union members and students enthusiastically exchange ideas during the training session
Through the program, the Youth Union hopes to have helped youth union members and students learn how to effectively manage and utilize their time for work and study; and to be more conscious in building and shaping their style. Furthermore, the Youth Union hopes to have helped them gain a proper understanding of the role of skills in personal development and success in the future. Therefore, they will actively cultivate soft skills for themselves
