“We highly appreciate the contribution of QNU’s sanitation women, who, although considered physically weak, have to take on drudgery,” said Assoc.Prof.Dr Nguyen Dinh Hien – Vice Rector at a meeting with the sanitation women of QNU on the occasion of World Environment Day.
The meeting was attended by Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Dinh Hien - Vice Rector, Dr. Hoang Quy Chau, Chairwoman of the QNU Trade Union, Dr. Tran Thanh Thai - Deputy Head of the Administrative Affairs Department, and all of the sanitation women of QNU.

An informal meeting with the sanitation workers is an annual activity of the QNU Trade Union. This is an opportunity for the sanitation workers to make their voices heard. At the same time, it is also an occasion for the QNU Trade Union to give its sanitation workers words of encouragement and good wishes.

Dr. Hoang Quy Chau - Chairwoman of the QNU Trade Union greatly appreciated the great effort made by the sanitation workers in recent years saying that a "green-clean-beautiful" environment was also a good way to promote the image of QNU and that the development of QNU was fostered by not only the good leadership of the Board of Directors, the contribution of the QNU staff and lecturers, but also the sense of responsibility and enthusiasm of the sanitation workers.
Ms. Vo Thi Minh Hieu - Head of the sanitation team makes a speech
Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Vo Thi Minh Hieu, head of the sanitation team, also expressed her deep gratitude for the attention of the University leaders and the QNU Trade Union saying that all the sanitation women would try to fulfil the assigned task, contributing to the development of the University.
At the end of the meeting, the sanitation workers also offered some ideas and suggestions related to the sanitation work. The University leadership also welcomed their suggestions, acknowledged their aspirations and wished the sanitation women good health and success.
