ICT - On the morning of October 5, 2020, the UNESCO-UNITWIN 2020 Program was opened at Meeting Room B of Quy Nhon University (QNU) with the participation of Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Tien Trung, Head of the Department of Science, Technology and International Cooperation, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Doan Duc Tung, Head of the Department of Facilities, Dr. Nguyen Thanh Dat - Manager of the Center for IT and Communications.
The UNESCO-UNITWIN 2019 program was successfully held at QNU from July 7 to 12, 2019, with support from Sookmyung Women's University - Korea. Through the program, 80 female students of QNU had opportunities to improve their knowledge and leadership skills, electronic circuit design, as well as programming using mobile phones to control electronic devices. At the end of the program, 6 excellent students were sent to Korea for academic and cultural exchange with students from other Asian countries. Following that success, this year, QNU continues to organize the program with the remote support of Sookmyung Women's University, Korea in the form of distance learning and online learning.

The training program will take place for 5 days (from October 5 to 9, 2020) with a view to strengthening higher education capacity through research cooperation, sharing experience in training within the framework of the UNITWIN program and the implementation of programs in information technology and leadership capacity for 40 female students of QNU.
The content of the training program is built on the basis of research and joint investigation of the two universities in the two training programs. Leading experts, lecturers, researchers from Sookmyung Women's University, Korea will teach online and train female students of QNU. At the end of the course, eligible students will be granted a certificate of the Program.
After the opening ceremony, the classes will start from October 5 to 9, 2020.
