On December 5, 2020, Quy Nhon University (QNU)’s Center for Student Support and Business Relations held a meeting to share soft skills - Job interview skills for students with the participation of more than 300 students, most of whom were final year students.
The survey conducted annually on university graduates’ employment shows that job interview skills are among the important skills for university graduates. Enterprises, when recruiting employees, conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates. Therefore, the acquiring of soft skills, especially interview skills, is very necessary. This is an important factor that helps students to feel confident when applying for a job and doing a job interview.
