On October 13, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Do Ngoc My, Rector of Quy Nhon University (QNU) had an online meeting with representatives of B& Company Vietnam on some information related to the Project “Introducing Vietnamese universities to the Japanese partner”.
B&Company Vietnam, which is supporting the Japan Trade Promotion Organization (JETRO) and the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam, are planning to release a set of information documents on 20 typical local universities in Vietnam with the aim of increasing understanding and promoting the linkage between local universities in Vietnam and Japanese business organizations. Realizing that QNU is a prestigious training institution, which provides high-quality human resources for the society in general and the locality in particular, B&Company had an interview to learn about QNU. The information about the 20 universities will be transmitted to Japanese organizations that are intending to establish relations with Vietnamese universities. This is an opportunity to promote QNU’s image to the Japanese partner and a job opportunity for QNU students.

At the meeting, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Do Ngoc My emphasized that over the past years, Binh Dinh had always been a land with great potential and openness in exchange and cooperation with international partners in general and Japan in particular and that Japan was also a key market that Binh Dinh aimed at in terms of labor export, investment attraction strategy, job opportunities and cultural exchange. Therefore, QNU always welcomed the association and cooperation from Japanese organizations and enterprises.
According to the representative of B&Company Vietnam, while selecting a list of 20 typical universities out of a total of 130 universities, the Japanese partner suggested that QNU be one of the two universities that had to be selected. That proves that over the past years, QNU has affirmed its brand as well as its training prestige to the Japanese partner.
