On the afternoon of February 17, Quy Nhon University (QNU) had a meeting and signed an agreement with J.TEST Vietnam on administering Japanese Language Proficiency Tests (JLPT) in Quy Nhon in general and QNU in particular.
Attending the signing ceremony were Assoc.Prof. Dr. Do Ngoc My, Rector, some unit leaders of QNU and Mr. Asano Sho, Director of J.TEST Vietnam.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Assoc.Prof.Dr Do Ngoc My emphasized that QNU would offer its maximum support of the dissemination of information and notices of J.TEST to QNU’s students, Japanese learners and Japanese language training institutions through QNU's website, the media, social networks, bulletin boards, leaflets or other appropriate channels; administrate JLPT in accordance with J.TEST's regulations on the establishment of the test council, the number of test rooms, proctors, facilities and equipment at the test room. As for J.TEST, it would offer detailed advice to the relevant units of QNU and candidates on the regulations related to JLPT in Vietnam and send its JLPT regulations to QNU before JLPT tests are given.

JLPT is a fair and objective test of Japanese language proficiency given to non-Japanese foreigners through the number of scores gained. It brings opportunities of studying and working at prestigious schools, businesses in Japan for candidates who hold JLPT certificates.
J.TEST Vietnam's partners include: Hanoi National University, Hanoi Foreign Trade University, FPT Hanoi University, Hanoi University, Van Xuan University, Thai Nguyen University, Foreign Trade University - 2nd Institution, HCMC.
The administering of JLPT at QNU will promote the learning of Japanese language of QNU students and create better conditions for learners of Japanese in Binh Dinh and neighboring provinces.
