Through the fact-finding trip, the mission found that the house of Mrs. Le Thi A, a resident of, Tan Phung 1 Village, My Tho Commune, Phu My District, Binh Dinh Province was in a state of dilapidation, located in a landslide-prone terrain, and the road to the house was very bad. Mrs. Le Thi A was old, unable to work and couldn’t afford to have her house rebuilt.
At the meeting with the resident in need, the mission offered Mrs. A 50,000,000 VND ($US2,100) to have her house repaired. My Tho Commune People's Committee would also give her financial support and take charge of the repair work.
